Returns or exchanges are only possible if the issue is caused by our mistake or a technical error.
Non-returnable Products
The following items cannot be returned:
- Digital products: such as online courses, video content, templates, eBooks, and other products that are made available for immediate access after purchase.
- Personalized or custom-selected products: such as individual masterclasses, customized courses, or other personalized services.
Return Process
To request a return, please contact us at info@floraljoy.world within 7 days of your purchase. Please provide:
- Order number.
- The product or service you are requesting a return for.
- Reason for the return.
Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you of the decision and provide further instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that:
- Refunds will only be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
- In case of a return, you will not receive compensation for any fees incurred, such as those charged by payment processors.
Access Issues or Technical Problems
If you experience technical issues with our online courses or materials (e.g., download problems), please let us know, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If the problem cannot be fixed, we will offer a refund.
